‘The Francophile’ Chenin Blanc, Stellenbosch, South Africa

This is a super fresh style - loads of green pear, apple and zesty fruits on the nose. The palate is much the same, but with a bit of weight and some stoney minerality. Fruits appear a bit riper and warmer. Made more in the style of a classic Loire Valley wine.
