A banging Californian Pinot Noir - a blend of PN clones 115, 667, 777, 2A, Pommard, Beaujolais, and Martini compose the blend. Their goal was to capture the unique character of the Mendocino County region. On the nose salted plum, blackberry flower, shitake, and on the palate coastal berries, rosehips, Orange Pekoe tea.

Pairs well with rotisserie chicken, hot smoked salmon, mushroom tempura.
