An excellent Californian Chardonnay - it was 100% tank fermented and aged, and shows the Chablis-esque tension and minerality you'd normally find only in the coldest growing years. On the nose you're treated to lemon blossom, orchard fruits, crushed stone, and on the palate mineral, pomelo and white tea.
