Xavier Bernet's Corpinnat is a sparkling wine with a creamy texture, with a fine and harmonious fizz. The grapes for this wine are all hand harvested from the organic certified vines, and the juice sits on the lees for a minimum of 18 months, giving greater texture and character than the sparkling wines made in the neighbouring DO. (Think a much more grown up Cava.)
