Georgiev/Milkov Pet-Nat has crisp notes of green apple, gooseberry, and lemon on the nose, with a light and refreshing palate. Expect pear, bruised apples, and yeasty or funky undertones, and a lovely light and delicate fizz. (Note in the glass it will be a little cloudy in nature.)

Enjoy as an aperitif or with salads, light Asian dishes, shellfish, and soft cheeses.
