One of our most popular reds, a really moreish, impressive pinot from Bulgaria. Nose displays red cherry, orange rind, and sandalwood-clove, while the palate is mellow and smooth. Soft tannins and a fine backbone of acidity. Perfect on it's own for a mid-week glass, or pairs well with rabbit, or roast pork.
