hite wine made from black grapes, very fresh and fine, with a slight pink tint. Enjoy notes of green apple, brambles, and a hint of brioche on the finish. It is a dry, mineral-textured white wine with body and breadth, made from gently pressed Mourvedre grapes. It pairs well with white meats like roast chicken, or seafood dishes such as ceviche.
