"Gamin" pays homage to the winemaker's grandfather's last horse, a faithful companion who worked alongside him in the vineyards of the estate. This wine is a harmonious blend of four Mediterranean grape varieties - Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre. It is supple with a balanced structure, characterised by silky tannins. Black fruit (like plum and cherry), spice (clove, cinnamon), dark cocoa shavings, and notes of baked earth. The palate reveals delicate spicy notes reminiscent of the surrounding garrigue and has a lovely warm and long finish. Decant before enjoying to allow the wine to fully develop its flavours. 

Versatile, this wine pairs perfectly with charcuterie boards, cheese platters, grilled meats and vegetables.
