The Brut Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Wine of Villa Folini is produced on the gentle and gentle hills of the denomination, influenced by the surrounding environment between the Julian Prealps and the Adriatic Sea. This elegant sparkling wine is obtained from a careful selection of white grapes, in order to enhance the typicality and freshness of the territory.

A long stay on the yeasts in an autoclave gives complexity and structure to the wine. The process is completed with refinement in the bottle, to further perfect its aromatic and taste profile. Straw yellow in colour, enjoy delicate notes of white flowers and fruity nuances, lending an inviting and refined bouquet. On the palate it is harmonious, balanced and fresh.
