Cantina Adriano, Muller-Thurgau, Trentino Alto-Adige, Italy

In 1893, the vintners of Andriano combined their resources to form the first winemaking co-operative in Alto Adige and at the same time the first in the former Austro-Hungarian Empire.

With its outstanding sites, mainly based on unique limestone-rich soils Cantina Andriano stands for constancy, underpinned by the historic achievement. 

The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine than is ageing and matured on fine yeast for 6 months. It ‘s lightly aromatic with a gentle fragrance of tropical fruits with a dry, floral and nutty finish.

Use it as aperitif, but excellent with swordfish carpaccio, poached fish like sea bass or fresh cheese.
