Cailhol Gautran Villa Lucia Minervois Blanc, Languedoc, France

A delicately-oaked white Minervois blend of organically-grown Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Roussanne and Rolle (aka Vermentino). This wine is fermented in barrels and aged for 8months before blending and bottling. 
Silky texture with fresh, zesty stone fruit and some vanilla complexity from the oak.
