Bandito Ninja Double Pack

Here we bring a double pack of two of our most popular and longest running pet nats: the Ninja duo from Testalonga El Bandito. These wines personify everything great about Craig Hawkins' winemaking; they're fresh, fruity, funky and fantastically natural!

'I Wish I Was A Ninja' is a bright and off-dry Pet Nat, made entirely from South African Colombard. Organic fruits are farmed and then spontaneously fermented. This has a slight funk to it but enough acidity to balance the hint of sweetness in the fruit.

'I Am The Ninja' brings Chenin to the party, with a super fresh and vibrant character of zingy green apple and lemon citrus. The wine spends 10 months in the bottle before being disgorged and is unfined, unfiltered with no added sulphur.

Perfect pairings for the two: fine cheese, sunshine, pool with a party!
