An amazingly refreshing version of the classic Launguedoc Picpoul, made from the ancient Piquepoul grape from vines grown on limestone and clay. Fresh aromas of citrus fruits and apricots. On the palate, dry and crisp with the trademark vibrant acidity to the fore. A perfect accompaniment to seafood, try with a scallop ceviche, steamed mussels with leeks or fried squid with aioli.
