"From Francavilla Al Mare, a charming village close to the sea. The grapes are going through soft pressing, static decantation and fermentation with selected yeasts. It matures for six months in concrete vats until bottling, and then rests at least six months in the bottle before being released."

Crisp, medium-bodied with subtle hints of lemon and stone minerality. A rich citrus, nectarine, and passionfruit palate, bone dry with a light hint of tannins. Serve this wine along with white fish and pasta dishes.
